Double Trouble - PESTS AND CLIMATE CHANGE

In our Double Trouble project, the Invasive Species Council raises awareness about the interactions of climate change and invasive species and promotes reforms to reduce the threats.

Through our Double Trouble ebulletin, we highlight examples of the interacting threats of climate change and invasive species and stay abreast of the science.

Delivered free to subscribers, it is aimed squarely at convincing decision and policy makers of the urgent need to prepare for the combined dangers of invasive species and climate change.

To give nature a fighting chance under climate change we need to reduce existing invasive species threats and prevent those of the future.

While climate change will create many losers, invasive species will all too often thrive under new weather patterns and extreme events.
